Types of Data collected
Among the Personal Data collected by this Application, either independently or through third parties, are: Cookies; Usage Data; first name; last name; email; message.

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically while using this Application.
Unless otherwise specified, all Data requested by this Application are mandatory. If the User refuses to provide them, it may be impossible for this Application to provide the Service. Where this Application indicates some Data as optional, Users are free not to communicate such Data, without any consequence on the availability or operation of the Service.
Users who are uncertain about which Data are mandatory are encouraged to contact the Controller.
Any use of Cookies - or other tracking tools - by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application, unless otherwise stated, is intended to provide the Service requested by the User, in addition to the other purposes described in this document and in the Cookie Policy, if available.
The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties obtained, published, or shared through this Application and guarantees having the right to communicate or disseminate them, releasing the Controller from any liability toward third parties.
Method and place of processing of collected Data
Processing methods and recipients
The Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of Personal Data.
Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the stated purposes. In addition to the Controller, in some cases, Data may be accessible to other parties involved in the organization of this Application (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal staff, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies), also appointed, where necessary, as Data Processors by the Controller. The updated list of Processors may always be requested from the Controller.
Legal basis of processing
The Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following conditions applies:
- the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes; Note: in some jurisdictions, the Controller may be allowed to process Personal Data until the User objects ("opt-out"), without having to rely on consent or another legal basis listed below. This does not apply whenever the processing of Personal Data is governed by European data protection law;
- processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the User and/or for pre-contractual measures;
- processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject;
- processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller.
In any case, it is always possible to ask the Controller to clarify the specific legal basis of each processing activity and, in particular, to specify whether the processing is based on law, required by a contract, or necessary to enter into a contract.
Place of processing
Data are processed at the Controller's operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. For further information, contact the Controller.
The User's Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than the one where the User is located. To obtain further information on the place of processing, the User may refer to the section containing details about Personal Data processing.
The User has the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis of Data transfers outside the European Union or to an international organization governed by public international law or established by two or more countries, such as the UN, as well as regarding the security measures adopted by the Controller to protect Data.
The User may verify whether any of the transfers described above take place by examining the relevant section of this document on Personal Data processing details or by requesting information from the Controller through the contact details provided at the beginning.
Retention period
Data are processed and stored for as long as required by the purposes for which they were collected.
Therefore:
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Controller and the User will be retained until such contract has been fully performed, and in any case no longer than 10 years from its termination date.
- When processing is based on the User's consent, the Controller may retain Personal Data for longer until such consent is withdrawn. Furthermore, the Controller may be required to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, once this period expires, the rights of access, erasure, rectification, and data portability can no longer be exercised.
Purposes of processing the collected Data
The User's Data are collected to allow the Controller to provide its Services, as well as for the following purposes:
- displaying content from external platforms;
- receiving CVs voluntarily submitted by data subjects for the establishment of an employment relationship;
- sending newsletters, commercial communications, and/or advertising material by email regarding products and/or services, similar and/or dissimilar to those already purchased, offered by the Controller;
- contacting the User in response to their request for information;
- contacting the User in response to their appointment booking request;
- contacting the User in response to their personalized quote request.

Details on the processing of Personal Data
Personal Data are collected for the following purposes and using the following services:

Contact form (this Application)
By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User consents to their use to respond to requests for information, quotes, or any other request indicated by the form heading, for the possible establishment of an employment relationship, and for sending newsletters, commercial communications, and/or advertising material regarding products and/or services, similar and/or dissimilar to those already purchased, offered by the Controller.
Personal Data collected: last name; first name; phone number; email.
Displaying content from external platforms
This type of service allows this Application to display content hosted on external platforms directly from its pages and to interact with it.
If such a service is installed, it may collect traffic data related to the pages where it is installed, even when Users do not use the service.
Google Maps Widget (Google Inc.)
Google Maps is a map visualization service provided by Google Inc. that allows this Application to integrate such content within its pages.

User rights
Users may exercise certain rights regarding the Data processed by the Controller.
In particular, the User has the right to:
- withdraw consent at any time. The User can withdraw consent previously given for the processing of their Personal Data;
- object to processing of their Data. The User can object to processing when it is carried out on a legal basis other than consent. Further details on the right to object are provided in the section below;
- access their Data. The User has the right to obtain information on Data processed by the Controller, on certain aspects of processing, and to receive a copy of the processed Data;
- verify and request rectification. The User can verify the accuracy of their Data and request its update or correction;
- obtain restriction of processing. When certain conditions apply, the User can request restriction of processing of their Data. In this case, the Controller will not process the Data for any purpose other than storage;
- obtain erasure or removal of their Personal Data. When certain conditions apply, the User can request erasure of their Data by the Controller;
- receive their Data or have them transferred to another controller. The User has the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to have them transferred without hindrance to another controller. This provision applies when Data are processed by automated means and processing is based on the User's consent, on a contract to which the User is a party, or on pre-contractual measures related to it;
- lodge a complaint. The User may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority or take legal action.
Details on the right to object
When Personal Data are processed in the public interest, in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller, or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, Users have the right to object to processing for reasons related to their particular situation.
Users are informed that, where their Data are processed for direct marketing purposes, they may object to such processing without providing any reason. To find out whether the Controller processes Data for direct marketing purposes, Users may refer to the relevant sections of this document.
How to exercise rights
To exercise User rights, Users may send a request to the contact details of the Controller indicated in this document. Requests are filed free of charge and handled by the Controller as soon as possible, in any case within one month (the one-month period may be extended up to 3 months in particularly complex cases).
Additional information on processing
Legal defense
The User's Personal Data may be used by the Controller in court or in the preparatory stages leading to possible legal action for defense against abuse in the use of this Application or related Services by the User.
The User declares to be aware that the Controller may be required to disclose Data by order of public authorities.
Specific notices
Upon the User's request, in addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide the User with additional and contextual notices regarding specific Services, or the collection and processing of Personal Data.
System logs and maintenance
For operation and maintenance needs, this Application and any third-party services used by it may collect system logs, i.e., files that record interactions and may also contain Personal Data, such as the User's IP address.

Further information regarding the processing of Personal Data may be requested at any time from the Controller using the contact details.
Response to "Do Not Track" requests
This Application does not support "Do Not Track" requests. To determine whether any third-party services used support them, Users are invited to consult their respective privacy policies.
Changes to this privacy policy
The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by informing Users on this page and, if possible, within this Application, as well as, where technically and legally feasible, by sending a notice to Users through any contact details available to the Controller. Users are therefore invited to check this page regularly, referring to the date of the last modification shown at the bottom.
If changes affect processing whose legal basis is consent, the Controller will collect the User's consent again, where necessary.

Personal Data (or Data)
Personal Data is any information that, directly or indirectly, including in connection with any other information, including a personal identification number, makes a natural person identified or identifiable.
Usage Data
These are the information collected automatically through this Application (including from third-party applications integrated into this Application), including: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the User connecting to this Application, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the characteristics of the browser and operating system used by the visitor, the various time details per visit (for example, time spent on each page), and details about the path followed within the Application, with particular reference to the sequence of pages visited, and parameters relating to the User's operating system and IT environment.
User
The individual using this Application who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.
Data Subject
The natural person to whom the Personal Data refer.
Data Processor (or Processor)
The natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body that processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller, as described in this privacy policy.
